Returns/Exchnage Policy

  • We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Koastub. You can Return all items with in 2 days and Exchange all items within 7 days of receipt for a  refund (shipping not included) of the item purchased with no questions asked. (All return products should be unused and unwashed for hygiene Reasons)

  • The Return refund amount will be processed back only to the bank account used for the purchase of the order.
  • If you have payed by cash, the refund will be processed as store credits to your Koastub account.
  • The reverse pick up is usually done with in 4 working days from the date of initiating an exchange/return request. However in some cases  due to non availability of REVERSE PICK UP in some pincode areas, the customer has to send the products back to our warehouse. 

  • In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been received &  inspected by us.
  • The " Store Credits " are valid for only 30 days

Some additional guidelines:

  • Within the first 2 days of delivery we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
  • Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all Exchange except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use. 
  • Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.).
  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted and sent back against extra shipping charges.
  • Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 2 days of delivery in case of Returns. 7 Days in case of Exchange
  • You'll have to fill the exchange/return form ,from options at the bottom of the web-store within 2 days of receiving the parcel for return and with in 7 days for exchange. After above mentioned give time no exchange or return request would be entertained for any given reason.
  • Please make sure that the items are securely packed.
  • Sale such as "Extra Discount sale "are non exchangeable / Returnable

  •    Koastub reserves the right to cancel the order if  delivery fails two times through fault of customer. in this case if Payments already made will be refunded or store credit will be given depending on the scenario/Reason.

Where do I send my return in-case of non availability of Reverse Pick up? 

Kindly make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the Koastub order # ,

Kindly include the original invoice as proof of purchase with the return.

How long will the entire process take?

  1. It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return(S), Depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, We will inspect and process the same within 72 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, You will be notified by an  email/sms confirming the status of your Exchange. You will receive your refund in terms of store credits at the end of a 48 hour window. In case of Returns/ Money back it can take up 14 days,depending upon the mode of payment you opted for and your bank processing time.

How will I be refunded for the return ? 

On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount would be credited to your Koastub account as credit points in case of exchange You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on 

in case of returns/refunds, you would be charged an amount of Rs.99 as delivery charges even if the order was under free delivery category and the total product cost would be reimbursed only to your bank account excluding the delivery charges of Rs.99. Bank details to be provided by the customer only through the registered email id with us, It can be confirmed upto 3 times by our accounts team for security reasons.
